Why haven't I received an order confirmation email?

How can I get my invoice?
Your invoice will be sent via email automatically when your order is shipped. Otherwise, please contact us with your order number and billing address.
Does TODOT add VAT on products sold in Europe?
VAT is the value added tax levied on products sold by TODOT in Europe.
The prices of products sold by TODOT (excluding discounts) include VAT. VAT must be calculated based on applicable laws and different tax rates in each country in Europe. Therefore, when paying for your order, the VAT amount may vary, depending on the VAT rate of the destination country that applies to the order. For orders shipped to other EU countries, the VAT of the default country will be deducted and the VAT rate of the destination country will be applied. The final VAT will be displayed when your order is confirmed, as well as the VAT rate corresponding to the country of destination of the product. What is the delivery delay?
The delivery estimate is indicated on the product page.
Warehouse processing time is 1 business day, delivery time is 2-5 business days for general products and 10-15 business days for products shipped from China.
How to get the tracking information?

Why is the tracking number invalid?

No, when you order on TODOT taxes are included in the product prices.
Where is the product shipped from?
Our products are generally shipped to France. Some products may be shipped from China due to out of stock in France. We will prioritize delivery of your package from the warehouse closest to you.

Free returns possible?
Disclaimer: The official website's return policy only applies to orders placed on the official website. We offer our customers a 30-day free return policy. Please be aware of the following terms that apply to this policy:
Conditions applicable to free returns:
